KEY Oklahoma City

Close your eyes and imagine what the North Pole looks like – and then visit North Pole City. A must for visitors to Oklahoma City – you will be amazed by the seasonal sensation – featuring nearly 30,000 square feet of spectacular Christmas wonderland. Millions of lights, thousands of decorations including ornaments, trees, wreaths, candles and garland await shoppers this holiday season.

Just to put the size and depth of the store in perspective consider that following a nationwide search, the producers of the popular Food Network Show Paula’s Party selected the artisans of North Pole City to decorate the set (Uncle Bubba’s Oyster House in Savannah, Georgia) for the holidays. So impressed with the final product, the star of the show, Paula Deen, hired them to decorate her personal home as well.

North Pole City is the only Department 56 Club Dealer in Oklahoma. Department 56 products are the lighted porcelain houses you see in many stores, especially during the Christmas season (of course Christmas is year-around at North Pole City). Not only will you see the current offerings – visitors will have the opportunity to see an amazing collection of pieces that have been retired.

Even Ebenezer Scrooge can’t resist the exclusive and rare pieces as well as popular favorites from Department 56 including Snow Village Halloween, North Pole Village, Dickens Village, Snow Village, Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, and New England Village. Each Village consists of numerous houses and shops along with a number of accessory pieces for each of the villages. Each year new buildings and accessories are introduced and the retirement of different pieces each year causes their value to increase.

Perhaps the largest selection of Christopher Radko ornaments in the nation – and the only place in the world you can purchase the limited edition of the Oklahoma Centennial ornament – “Oklahoma Rising” – awaits visitors at North Pole City. Millions of Americans have discovered something extraordinary in Christopher Radko ornaments. Their radiance and originality makes them more a work of art than an ordinary holiday decoration. It is no wonder that Christopher Radko ornaments are among the fastest growing collectibles in the United States.

Beginning November 7th and continuing through the holidays – kids will enjoy the opportunity to visit with Santa Claus. They will also enjoy a ride on the Christmas Express – a scale model locomotive and train cars - through a Christmas wonderland. Santa is alive and well at North Pole City.

North Pole City is currently open Monday through Saturday from 10-6 and Sunday, 1-6. Call the store for extended hours during the holidays. North Pole City is located just minutes from Downtown at 4201 South I-44 (Exit 44th Street). For more information call 405-685-6635, toll free 800-526-5829 or visit
