KEY Oklahoma City

Antonio Vick
Sheraton Hotel
Downtown OKC

PROFILE: Antonio, or “Li’l Vic” as he’s affectionately known, has been a friendly face at the bell stand of the Sheraton Oklahoma City for over four years. He is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma City and enjoys his job welcoming visitors and guests to Oklahoma City.

Antonio is married with has two children, a boy and girl. In his spare time he does what he likes best – being “Daddy” – and with a third child due in April, he’s going to get a lot of opportunity.

Favorite Restaurants: “Since I work Downtown, I have the opportunity to try a lot of great restaurants in the area. One of my favorites is Coach’s at the Bricktown Ballpark. Not only do they have a great menu – the restaurant features a spectacular view of the ballpark. Another regular stop for me is Chelino’s on the Canal. Chelino’s is a locally owned Mexican food restaurant – with generous portions – and a great atmosphere.”

What to do in OKC: "From our hotel, I suggest guests take the quick walk to Bricktown. Bricktown offers visitors a great day of fun - browsing through the shops, cruising the canal on the Water Taxi, touring the area in a horse drawn carriage and enjoying some of Oklahoma City's best restaurants. After dark, the area lights up with neon signs and music - and locals - fill the streets.

A ‘must see’ destination in Oklahoma City is the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum. The Memorial is just 5 blocks north of the hotel – an easy walk or quick ride on the Trolley. The monument, that has been erected to honor the lives of those lost there, is a sobering place to visit. The site includes a memorial for the victims of the April 1995 bombing of the Murrah Building and a museum that tells the story beginning on April 19, 1995, continuing to present day. I would suggest you allow at least one and one-half hours for the museum and plenty of time to experience the outdoor symbolic memorial.”
