Meet Chef Vincen Howard - an Oklahoma original. Chef grew up in Oklahoma City and attended Putnam City North high school. His first love was music but after becoming an accomplished percussionist, he discovered the culinary arts.
After gaining invaluable experience at some of Oklahoma City’s best restaurants, including Café Nova and Deep Fork, he was given the opportunity to run the show. As the executive chef at Bolero’s in Bricktown, he is able to put his personal expertise and passion to practice.
